Welcome to Baseline Wander, a website to document my travels from near and far.
I’ve been traveling seriously since the beginning of medical school and haven’t stopped since. My goal as a traveler is to live like a local, in particular when it comes to eating. Some travel to site-see, some travel to learn a new language … I travel to eat.
I have been lucky to travel to 33 countries across all seven continents. On this blog’s sidebar (to the left of your screen) you’ll find a list of the travel journals I keep while traveling.
Countries I’ve visited (with photos):
- North America: Mexico, USA.
- South America: Argentina (twice), Brazil, Chile, Uruguay.
- Central America/Caribbean: Aruba, Belize, Cuba.
- Europe: Austria, Czech Republic, England, France, Hungary, Italy, Scotland, Iceland, Greenland.
- Asia: Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Iran (twice), Japan, Korea (North and South), Thailand, Vietnam.
- Africa: Morocco, Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria
- Australia: Australia.
- Antarctica: You know it.
